Why should I buy from the EBU Bridge Warehouse?
If you buy from us, you will be helping to secure the future of Bridge. Any surplus from sales in The Bridge Warehouse is reinvested by the EBU in activities and services for its members and affiliated clubs.

How do I place an order?  
Go to our online shop – it’s quick and easy. For any enquiries please telephone 01296 397851 or 01296 317200.

When will my order be delivered?
Orders are sent out Monday-Thursday between 9am & 2pm. If your order is under 2 kilos it will be delivered by 2nd class Royal Mail and takes 2-3 working days after placing your order. Orders over 2 kilos will normally be delivered either the next working day (if ordered before lunchtime) or within 2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) by our Courier DHL. If you supply a mobile number, the courier will text you on the morning of delivery and give you a one hour delivery slot. You can also give us a safe place to leave the parcel if you are not going to be in.

What if I’m not at home when the order is delivered?
Please put a safe place in the notes section of the order process where you would like your order left if you are not at home. i.e. Neighbour, porch, garage etc.

How much is Postage and Packing?
It varies depending on the weight of your order. Orders under 2 kilos go by Royal Mail. Orders weighing over 2 kilos will be delivered by Courier up to 20 kilos per parcel. Place items in basket to see postage amounts.
Postage to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Highlands of Scotland vary.
Europe and rest of world  – Please phone to place your order and receive details of customs invoice. You may be charged extra by the courier or post office. It is up to you to pay any extra charges. These charges vary and are out of our control.
All our prices include VAT.

How can I pay for my order?
Our online shop accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

What if I’ve changed my mind or the product is not needed anymore?
We will be happy to give a full refund of the purchase price without postage, or exchange any item that is returned within 14 days of purchase, providing it is undamaged and in its original packaging. We will only refund via the payment method used to pay for the order.

Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes you can – Please use our click and collect service and we can have your order ready for you. Details are on our website. Our address is EBU, 4 Broadfields, Bicester Road, Aylesbury, Bucks HP19 8AZ. We are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 2pm Excluding Bank Holidays.
